Meditation on Forgiveness

Not sure where it comes for but it is so pretty and I love it. A friend shared it with me. If you find the source let me know so I can give credit thanks.

Affirm silently to yourself:
“May I be filled with loving kindness.”
In this peaceful, quiet space silently affirm to yourself:
If I have hurt or harmed anyone, knowingly or unknowingly, I now ask their forgiveness.
May we be filled with loving kindness
As people come to mind continue to silently affirm: “May we be filled with loving kindness
In this peaceful, quiet space silently affirm to yourself:
If anyone has hurt or harmed me, knowingly or unknowingly, I now offer my forgiveness
Allow the image of whoever to come to mind and silently affirm: May we be filled with loving kindness
Allow this silent mantra to bring you back to that place of peaceful relaxation.
Bring your attention back to your breathe and just breathe
In this peaceful, quiet space silently affirm to yourself
For all the ways I have hurt and harmed myself, I now ask and accept forgiveness
If any feelings of discomfort surface, affirm silently to yourself:
May I be filled with loving kindness

Bring your attention back to your breathe and just breathe (15 seconds or so)

More From William Wattles

Has ever a better book been written on wealth?

"I have said that people get rich by doing things in a certain way,
and in order to do so, people must become able to think in a certain
way. A person’s way of doing things is the direct result of the way he
thinks about things. To do things in the way you want to do them, you
will have to acquire the ability to think the way you want to think. This
is the first step toward getting rich. And to think what you want to
think is to think TRUTH, regardless of appearances. Every individual
has the natural and inherent power to think what he wants to think,
but it requires far more effort to do so than it does to think the
thoughts, which are suggested by appearances. To think according to
appearances is easy; to think truth regardless of appearances is
laborious and requires the expenditure of more power than any other
work we are called upon to perform." --William Wattles- Science of Getting Rich.

Do You Have an Aversion To Wealth?

Do you have an aversion to wealth? Do you object to being rich? Does the word "Abundance" borther you? If you have the slightest reservations, then you'd better check your belief system regarding God.--John Randolph Price

What is a List Worth?

Everyday I try to connect with the nourishment that is waiting for me by reading or meditating or Treating. But I must admit, my connecting isn't always organized. So to organized my efforts am doing the 40 Abudance plan and we will discuss that tommorrow. For today I want to share an excerpt that I want to lead me through the rest of my life. It is a list. A list can change your life. This list has "common elemnts foster the kind of deep, profound, and lasting transformation shows up in our real-world everyday life". It is found in the Science of Mind Magazine of Novemeber 2008 beginning page 6. The article is called "Seeing with New Eyes" which is adapted from Living Deeply the Art and Science of Transformation in Everday Life, New Harbinger/Noetic Books, 2008.

The habits are
* Being part of like-minded, inspiring and challenging community.

* Continually learning through multiple ways of knowing-experiential, intellectual, kinesthetic, visual, auditory.

* Having daily reminder in our environment because it is easy to forget who we are and where we are headed when the larger society can be unsupportive, and old habits show up.

* Having a daily mind-body practice.

* Making time for silence solitude and engage with the natural world.

The Present Moment

From " A New Earth" page 201

Do I want the present moment to be my friend or my enemy? The present moment is inseparable from life, so you are really deciding what kind of a relationship you wanttp have with life. once you have decided you want the present moment to be your friend, it is up to you to make the first move: Become friendly toward, welcome it no matter in what disguise it comes, and soon you will see the results. Life becomes friendly toward you, people become helpful, circumstance cooperative. One decision changes your entire reality. But that one decision you have to make again and again and again--until it becomes natural to live in such a way.

Good Things Come

Only good things come to me. While I don't have all of the answers, and while I don't know all of the steps and I can't identify all of the doors that will open for me, I know that as I move through time and space the path will be obvious to me. I know I will be able to figure it out as I go along.--Abraham

Nature is Friendly to Your Plans

Nature is friendly to your plans. Everything is naturally for you.
Make up your mind that this is true. It is essential, however, that your
purpose should harmonize with the purpose that is in all. You must
want real life, not mere pleasure or sensual gratification. Life is the
performance of function, and the individual really lives only when he performs every function — physical, mental, and spiritual — of which
he is capable, without excess in any. You do not want to get rich in
order to live swinishly, for the gratification of animal desires. That is
not life. But the performance of every physical function is a part of life,
and no one lives completely who denies the impulses of the body a
normal and healthful expression.

Not All Prayers are Verbal

This video is by the Artist Charlene Rice

A Formless, Original Substance

This is a quote from the very famous Book by William Wattles

The visible supply is practically inexhaustible, and the invisible
supply really is inexhaustible. Everything you see on earth is made
from one original substance, out of which all things proceed. New
forms are constantly being made, and older ones are dissolving, but all
are shapes assumed by one thing. There is no limit to the supply of
formless stuff, or original substance. The universe is made out of it,
but it was not all used in making the universe. The spaces in, through,
and between the forms of the visible universe are permeated and filled
with the original substance, with the formless stuff — with the raw
material of all things. Ten thousand times as much as has been made
might still be made, and even then we should not have exhausted the
supply of universal raw material. No one, therefore, is poor because
nature is poor or because there is not enough to go around.
Nature is an inexhaustible storehouse of riches; the supply will
never run short. Original substance is alive with creative energy, and isconstantly producing more forms. When the supply of building material
is exhausted, more will be produced. When the soil is exhausted so
that foodstuffs and materials for clothing will no longer grow upon it, it
will be renewed or more soil will be made. When all the gold and silver
has been dug from the earth, if humanity is still in such a stage of
social development that it needs gold and silver, more will produced
from the formless. The formless stuff responds to the needs of
mankind; it will not let the world be without any good thing. This is
true of man collectively."

If this resonates with you buy the book.
